I will never buy from any company in furniture row again. it is april 4th and i ordered my couch Feb. 29th. They claimed the couch was in a month ago so my fiance took off work to pick it up and the only thing that was there was the recliner. They have not called us when our furniture was in we had to call them. everything is over priced and takes forever. they said they would be here at 11:45 and its 1:51 right now and the couch is still MIA. I have called several times. today is my only day off and I have wasted my entire day waiting on my over priced. by the way they just called and said they though my stop was in st. Augustine and my time window is actually between 4 and 6 tonight. do not buy anything from that unorganized sorry excuse for a business.
