Merry Christmas!!! Not happy getting a call from my daughter tonight that her car is being towed from your complex!! I am reading your reviews & wanted to give you some advice!! 1st of all your company makes a ton of money & you should put a budget into better cameras on both set's of gates!! My in-laws live there & for "YEARS" every time I come over the gates are broken. Instead of towing cars that are there in this case 9:30 10, why not just post a sign that reads all cars without a decal will be towed from midnight to 7am!!! I would also suggest that anyone found & proven to have caused personal damage to the gates will be charged, prosecuted & even evicted from the property! They make cameras to read from the front & the back of every car, truck & motorcycle. I am born & raised in this area for 48 years & know a ton of people & my voice will be heard!!!!

I am not one of the unreasonable individuals who post on social media platforms or websites to get attention nor because I am a closed minded human, but let me start off by saying, NO STARS TO ANDROS ISLES!!!!!! If it were an option to give no stars then I would. Long story short I have taken my issues up to the regional manager appropriately, but still managed to get ripped off. The toilet needed to be fixed, the water bill doubled, and the complex failed to take responsibility for the excess charge. I had to pay my bill so I would not be penalized and I never received my money back. If anyone has further questions or reasons to not rent in this less than adequate complex, you can find a way to contact me and I would love to give insight on the issues that arise in the land of these "luxury apartments"
