Red Ember Cycles / Vespa of Daytona at 594 Ballough Road, Daytona Beach, Florida.

I'd heard good things about this shop and was looking forward to visiting a reputable Moto Guzzi sales and service center as there aren't many in Florida. Stopped by during a visit during Biketoberfest and asked to have my Guzzi looked at as it had a problem with the exhaust shield, (not a huge issue understandably but annoying nonetheless). The thing is they wouldn't even Look at the bike or even offer any help apart from bringing it back next day and leaving it for the day to try to get to it at some point. I'm pretty sure they were fully aware that wasn't really an option knowing we all like to ride on the busiest day of Biketoberfest. As one of the few Guzzi dealers and service centers in central/east coast of Florida you'd think they would be a little more eager to assist a possible future customer, Apparently not. I can understand being busy especially on a bike show weekend. But the dismissive attitude and the fact that they point blank wouldn't even offer a few minutes to look at the bike, not so much. Still a really cool looking shop, shame really.
