I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They came out to give me a free estimate then told me it would be a $90 charge because they had to get into the walls. I agreed. Then he decided that the pipe wasn't leaking, it was the roof. They charged the fee anyway without getting into the walls. Miscommunication between the receptionist and the service man, along with the serviceman not noticing the water damage in the drywall, basically caused a misdiagnosis that I paid for on a free estimate call.

Everything the company quoted me for was much higher than expected including a quote of $160 to change three toilet flappers. In case you're not familiar with changing toilet flappers, that's about $10 worth of materials and five minutes worth of work.

The details of the matter are tedious but the bottom line is they were very expensive and provided poor attention to detail. I called and talked to them about it and they did not to reconcile. In fact, the receptionist and serviceman both said they would call back and never did.
