Walmart Supercenter at 1101 Beville Road, Daytona Beach, Florida.

I had to get an in store pickup and got to the location with 10 minutes to spare since the pickup area is only open during certain hours. The employee for the pickup area decided to leave early apparently. Thankfully another employee in electronics was able to help. I then proceeded to the customer service to make a return. The item I was returning was paid for with Walmart Pay through the walmart app. You can link any number of cards to the account and use it to pay. Although I had used my own money for the purchase, and most walmarts will give you cash back because they are unable to refund back to Walmart Pay, this one will not. I had to get a gift card instead. My issue was that they cashed the refund out and then purchased a gift card in a separate transaction. If you cash out a refund, the customer gets CASH. The place is dirty and honestly of it wasn't for the employee who helped me (wish I had gotten his name - very nice, younger, black gentleman) I would give the service maybe half a star. Good luck to anyone going there, hope your experience is better.

This store has greatly improved over the past few years. We are happy to shop there now. I wish the shelves were better stocked. Many times it just looks like they are a month behind in getting shipments. Hopefully, that will improve as much as the staff attitudes have. The store is also kept up and clean now.
